Damn those Bugaloos!

A friend of mine at work burned about seven episodes of it onto disk as a gag gift. Little did she know that Carline Ellis (Joy) was my very first love in life. Little did she know that once the theme from the Bugaloos gets in your ear, nothing short of surgery can remove it.

Now, not only can I *not* get Joy out of my brain, my co-worker has become a seriously disturbed fan and is decorating her area with Bugaloo stuff she printed out. She is, as I type this, jamming to one of their tunes-- her head be-bopping back and forth (to 'Older Girl'? 'Fly Away With Me'? Who knows...?)

To top it off, I'd completely forgotten that Martha Ray was featured in the series (Benita Bizarre was her name to you younger heathens).
