:banghead:

Nice lady - she ordered 3 cases of champagne last week and her caregiver came in today and picked it up. And because our receipts are so stupidly formatted, she couldn't tell if she got the sale price and I had to walk her through it. About 22 times.

Not her fault - the receipt shows the item ringing up at the regular price and only at the bottom does it show that a certain amount was subtracted for the sale price. But she's old and has poor eyesight and is extremely chatty and it was really the last thing I needed on the Friday of a very long week.

I finally got her happy, ended up with 15 minutes of overtime in the process and desperately needed a drink myself by the end of the whole thing.

So how are YOU this Friday afternoon? :hi:
