Why is it that people with ADD (like myself) forget important questions?

Edit for, what was I talking about?

5. I wrote a poem about this subject several years ago. Here it is.
Weird Dreams

The top and bottom row
of my teeth have grown together.
Somebody shoots me in the mouth
with a BB gun
and they break apart.

I’m working on my truck
and underneath the hood
there is a giant heart
and me with
a scalpel in my hand.

I’m out on a lake
in a little boat
with two hooded monks
my hands and feet shackled.
One monk grabs me
by the ankles
and turns me upside down
and dips my head in the water
holding me while I drown.

I’m out in a field
and I realize I can jump
high in the air
and over long distances
as if my legs were giant springs
and I can float down to the ground
softly like a bird.

7. We should develop solar collector plants that float at sea.
They would serve the dual purpose of collecting solar radiation and preventing it from heating the water beneath it.

And everyone who works there should have to wear tutus as part of their uniform.

9. Do fleas fornicate?
I mean wouldn't that take some mad accuracy? They can jump many many times their own height, so wouldn't finding a mate be against the odds?

I also wonder how much of what we call history is true, and how much is embellished rantings of creative writers.

I have weird thoughts regularly :P

11. Your question piqued my interest, so here you go
While the exact origins of the phrase are unknown, it is commonly believed to have been invented by Americans during World War II. Large numbers of American troops were stationed overseas for many months or years, and as time passed many of their wives or girlfriends decided to begin a relationship with a new man rather than wait for their old one to return. As letters to servicemen from wives or girlfriends back home would typically contain affectionate language, a serviceman receiving a note beginning with a curt "Dear John" (as opposed to the expected "Dear Johnny", "My dearest John", or simply "Darling", for example) would instantly be aware of the letter's purpose. A much more recent phrase that reflects today’s sexual equality is Dear Jane letter...

12. Similes
Affection is like a chocolate-chip cookie.
Joy is like a crayon.
Revenge is like a cage.
Ignorance is like a vacuum cleaner.

If you think about them long enough, they start to make sense....

13. Cuba is a cube-shaped island
known primarily for its abstract paintings which show their subjects viewed from several different angles in one picture.
No... wait... that's something else.

DAMMIT!

It would be fun if I painted myself rainbow colors, ran barefoot into a crowded public space, and began throwing feathers at people.
