I am writing on my computer monitor with a red Sharpie!!! |
|
I was trying to use a GIS program to measure some road lengths... the program crapped out on me, but the "ruler" function is still working. So i plastered a piece of Saran wrap over the monitor and "colored in" roads as i measured them (to keep track of which i had already measured).
I am sure there is a slick techno-savvy way to do this, but my way is much more fun!
Everyone should try this... it is totally freeing... LOL

But i think it's basically the same as my ArcMap ruler feature... the problem is i need a way to keep track of which streets i've already measured... hence the Sharpie :)
