If granola is such a "healthy" food, why is it so unhealthy to have more than one bowl? |

Two bowls of granola cereal = sitting on the toilet all day long (for most normal human beings, that is).
Similarly, two large cups of green tea = running to the bathroom all day long to take a leak (for most normal human beings.)

1. Who says going to the bathroom is unhealthy? |
|
BTW, I must be an abnormal human being. The thing about granola that I've heard might be unhealthy is that it contains a lot of fat.

3. If granola tears you up, do NOT eat more than a few Fiber One bars in a 24 period. |
|
Actually, most of us do not really eat enough fiber in any given day (at least according to several articles I've seen.) I bought a couple of boxes of those Fiber One bars for family "snacks" (thinking that it might be a way to boost fiber consumption.)
Much to my amazement, those bad boys were a real hit with the family. In fact, the two boxes I bought (on a "two fer" sale) were GONE in a few days. Hubby and the ten year old were happy campers but they were also staying pretty close to the bathroom for a couple days.
