There's a knife attached to the cabinet and you have to chop virtual fish into a certain number of pieces in a certain amount of time to move on. Bonus points are given for uniformity in size of cut pieces.
It's still not as odd as the dog walking game with a treadmill, a plastic dog head, and a leash controller.
