6. Yes, they lightened my teeth
about 2-3 shades. Would probably be more but I have antibiotic stains on my teeth anyway. I probably need veneers to get that bright white look.

I drink coffee and smoke...so my now in perfect health teeth...months at the dentist...are now going to be pretty damn it!

I guess I could quit smoking and cut back on coffee but what fun is that? :shrug:

5. Yeah, I just went through dental hell too.
I don't have insurance so I had to spend around 2K in all to get everything fixed up. I have a cleaning on the 5th but that is only 70$. My dentist is fantastic. It never hurts until I pull out my debit card.
