when I expressed such surprise.
But... real trains? I thought kids only liked cartoon trains or at least trains that talked or did something special. But... just a video of only real trains... nothing special, just real trains, doing train things? That's enough to entertain kids?
I never knew...

when I was a kid, train driver was the stereotypical job that boys aspired to. Even then I think that was a bit of an anachronism though. I think it probably dates from the days of steam.
That said, I still love trains.
