1. A long while back
like in the mid-80's or something, I wrote a letter to EEOC. Outlined what I thought my case was for sex discrimination in pay. Didn't name the company I worked for, just gave them the particulars involved. Got a letter back saying that my case sounded interesting and I should hear back. Never did, didn't pursue it further. Stayed with the company another 15 or so years. Wish now that I'd never left. Funny how things turn out.
I hope someone else has a more useful answer for you. :hi:

It was based on age discrimination. I filled out a bunch of forms, provided documentation, had a meeting with a counselor, and they "investigated." It took a long time, and came back that there was no basis for a case.
