3. How do I Do little lamb kabobs? I am a pretty good cook but usually don't stick to one cuisine.

I really don't like lamb but I know others do.

5. How about a Tapas???
I bought a jar of olives and sun-dried tomatoes. Since then I decided to make my own.

Jar of olives (make sure you drain and rinse them well) I used the regular pimento stuffed olives, but you choose any variety.
Jar of sun-dried tomatoes
finely chopped onions
olive oil
whatever herbs you like

Place ingredients in food processor and pulse till small enough to serve on small pieces of toasted bread.

I was making this when I started making my own bread. It really is quite yummy. And I'm not a real big fan of olives.

Good luck with your buffet. It sounds like it will be fun.

6. Caponata!
Eggplant/tomato dip. I could live on this stuff. Nice with toasted pita or crusty French bread.
