I come home from work today, and attached to my front door is a flyer from a local hospital for stomach stapling, just like it's aluminum siding or having the gutters cleaned. My god, this is MAJOR SURGERY, not just another procedure. It is really disturbing that the medical industry is advertising this way and that they see a radical procedure like this as the next "growth area." They are looking to make this as commonplace as having your teeth bleached.
