Some f*cknozzle plowed through my neighbor's front yard into his garage

This is the (only) nice neighbor on the street, a gentleman from Bolivia who's a landscape artist and who works on our yard. Apparently, some drunkenfucker pranged the curb at around 3:45am yesterday and flipped his damn Suburban into my neighbor's yard and did some structural damage to his garage.

Just in case I had any doubts that a) the speed limit increase was NOT a good idea, and b) this formerly nice neighborhood has gone completely ape.

And of course, the cops won't do a thing about it, like *patrol* like they're supposed to.

I am perplexed - and glad my neighbor's okay.
