5. sausage balls (sausage, grated cheese and Bisquick blended together
and rolled into tiny balls then baked.)

tortilla rollups are always great

but the #1 party food around here is Ro-Tel and chips.

1 can of RoTel tomatoes and chilies
1 small Velveeta for each can of Rotel

melt cheese add tomatoes

serve with chips

you can add xtra canned chilies, or double the RoTel.

Sausage is optional.

11. Chicken Enchilada Dip
You can keep it warm in a small crock pot.

Chicken Enchilada Dip

1 lb. boneless chicken breast halves
1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. mayonnaise
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1-4 oz. can diced green chili peppers
1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken breast halves on baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from heat. Cool and shred. Place chicken in bowl, mix in cream cheese, mayo, cheddar cheese, green chili peppers and jalapeno pepper. Place into a medium baking dish. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.

14. I had some good stuff Friday night
Really good crab dip and I don't normally like seafood. I think it had melted cheddar in it and I love cheese. They also had some chicken teriyaki pieces. All their food was really good, everyone was commenting on it.

16. My mother makes something with crescent rolls, mushrooms, green onions, and cream cheese
I've tried to duplicate it at home without the recipe, but I mess up in some way. Maybe, I should just ask her.

22. At our big party friday, with 30 guests, it was crostinis with 3 tampenades:
asiago and artichoke with champagne; black olive; tomato camponata. Also the little taquitos went fast.

23. I like those little cheese things:
english muffins
mayonnaise
black olives chopped
green onion chopped
curry powder
velvetta cheese cubed

Mix up all and spread on english muffin quarters. Then put in the oven to cook for about ten minutes. They are the bomb.
