Actually, my routine visit went extremely well...

I've lost 2 pounds since my last visit...without trying!

BP 120/70

HR 70

Pulse oxymetry 96%

Normal heart sounds, lung sounds, and carotid artery sounds!

He asked about funny little beats going on for hours.....and I told him he would have heard from me!

He's very happy with how I look and how my life is going!

He approves of my poetry...
