she has said that her favorite hobby in her advanced years has been cosmetic surgery, and makes no effort to hide the fact. I think she DOES look better than she did in the fifties.

10. Sophia Loren...
Edited on Tue Dec-11-07 04:28 PM by AnneD
Has the secret of the fountain of youth. Audry Hepburn, Ingrid Bergman, Lauren Bacall, and Liz Taylor {when she is healthy) looks/looked good. I liked Julie Christi, and Maude Adams looks fairly good but they were models and Christie Brinkley has always looked good.

6. Sean Connery,
He looked good young, he lookes good older, the looks great balding. Dang he just has it. I'd be happy to push his wheel chair. And I don't say that about too many celebs.

I'm also going to add Roger Waters to the list - yeah I'm in love with his music, but I think he's grown into his looks and is a lot more attractive nowadays. :hi:

8. Hillary Clinton, Princess Diana
Edited on Tue Dec-11-07 04:38 PM by PeterU

(Old)

(New)

Regardless of what you might think about her, Hillary looks pretty good for a woman pressing 60. She's come a long way from the awkward Watergate/Bill's girlfriend days.

Princess Di--It might just be a matter of the 1980s fashion, but 1980s Diana came off a little milquetoast in my books. However, by the time she died in 1997, she looked stunning.

Patrick Dempsey is the big sex symbol these days. Yet he always played the awkward looking nerd 20 years ago.

18. Any celebrity who was alive in the 70s and 80s and made it into the 90s and 00s
EVERYONE looks better today, even if they're aged thirty years and they're 70, than they looked back then.

20. Nit: every celebrity who hasn't had plastic surgery
Cosmetic inevitably makes people look less real. I'm not talking about corrective, just the vanity cases where they can't stop going back for more alterations. Case in point: Cher used to be human.
