I'm Watching "All of the President's Men" -- Fantastic Movie |
|
It's a great film. Makes me yearn for the days when we actually had a media that took on the powerful. Sigh.
Another feature of the movie is how low tech everything is, typewriters, rotary phones, no cell phones, no internet, amazing.

2. Of the same genre, I'd add to other great films: The Candidate and Primary Colors |

3. Great movie. Did you know that it was Robert Redford's suggestion that made Woodward and |
|
Bernstein write the book? And then Redford bought the movie rights!

In addition to Hoffman and Redford, Hal Holbrook, Jack Warden, Jason Robards, Ned Beatty, Marin Balsam, even a young Meridith Baxter.
