You can't assume the ones picking "none of the above" are not tryig to conserve water. They may just be doing so by refusing to bathe.

They could also be withholding water from the puppy in the back yard, or saving the squeezings out of sponges after washing dishes! Of course, the dishwater goes in the bathtub for Saturday night. :)
