He's a much more ambitious cook than I am. He made it for a pool party this summer - as did a buddy of his from Brazil - and it was sooooo good. This is the kind without the seafood, though - my husband isn't much for seafood. (I love it, myself.)

I've been cooking a lot this past week.

Partied out from all these holiday parties, though. Off to another one in about 15 minutes. Christ Jesus!

Going roller skating most every Sunday night, though, so that's a total gas.

I haven't been to too many parties this year - and the Bach Christmas Oratorio concert was sold out. :cry:

hope you guys have a good holiday. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner, and we do Christmas Eve for the family horde as well.

5. i like the seafood paella with shrimp, squid, fish, and squid ink to color

the rice.
