Merry Foodie Xmas, Part Deux...

Well, after yesterday's haul of foodie gifts, I was mighty pleased, but then today at my parents, yet another! :o

7 pc bakeware set (Cookie sheet, loaf pan, square cake pan, 2 round cake pans, cooling rack, muffin pan)
Salad spinner
6 pc mixing bowl set
24 jar revolving spice rack, w/ spices included
Numerous measuring cups and spoons

I'm not sure if I'm going to use it for spices or pastels yet. :D

but I didn't have a meat thermometer and my tried and true method for cooking beef failed me... I overcooked the rib roast. I'm very broke up about it.

My family was lovely about it... telling me how tender and delicious it was, but I am getting a digital thermometer before next Christmas.
