1. Tuna melts and leftover corn chowder

we had our big dinner last night.

2. made prime rib for the first time

for my wifes family (with a wine au jus)

We did the same, only with horseradish sauce. First time.

3. Baked ham and potatoes au gratin

5. I did a Choice Rib (no Prime for us) Roast, Cheesy mashed potatoes, mushrooms,

and a broccoli and cauliflower gratin.

Anyway, had the family over. A small fresh turkey w/dressing from scratch, prime rib w/au jus, mashed potatoes, butternut squash, the obligatory green bean casserole, rolls, dutch apple and cherry pie. (The pies were compliments of Sarah Lee.)

Forgot the salad and the cranberries. As it was I cooked for hours and then did dishes until 10:00 p.m. last night.
