with nose rings and knowledge of the newest web trends before they get popular.

then it's okay.

2. but would the Tiger like the food there?
that's a critcal question, too.

whenever I would take my son to the zoo when he was younger, I have to tell you that we would never linger too long by the lion and tiger enclosures.

It was creepy the way that they watched the kids....

5. This is why I would order the potato skins
If said tiger showed up you could heave the skins AT the tiger and then maybe get away. If you are lucky it will stop to eat them even if it doesn't do that a precise shot between the eyes will stun it long enough for you to get away or at least get in front of someone else which is in fact your main goal in such a situation.

10. Josie is 29 months now
I was sick in bed for the first part of the weekend THEN my wife was. Then we hosted TWO sets of parents yesterday each with their own gift openings and full meal and clean up.

Exhausted.

I told everyone to get me NOTHING this year-save their money. I got some dress shirts for work and the Simpsons movie-more than I needed.

11. my Sil and her husband were sick so they missed X-mas Eve dinner
we didn't get "it" yet, (finger crossed) We cooked the big dinner X-mas Eve, so we were slugs on X-mas.

I can't believe your daughter is that big already, but hell, my son will be 12 in 2008. Younger friends of ours had a baby this year, and he is already 8 months old!

Time goes so quickly!

:hi:

14. I don't even remember part of the drive home
I drove to work (usually take the bus) on Friday because I figured we would get off early. I was so tired I went to the parking deck and took a nap at lunch in my car. I couldn't make it to 3 so I left at 2:30.

I spent about 16 hours in bed straight. By Sunday I HAD to go shopping so I took off at 10:30. My wife called at 1 she was already getting sick and she ended up in bed until Monday afternoon when she HAD to go to the grocery store (too many details to make a list for me).

She is off until next week.

Thank god for the Makers Mark

12. I feel your pain.
I've had a horrible upper respiratory/bronchitis thing going on. Cooked a full sit down dinner for 12 on Monday and then cooked again yesterday - 20 pound turkey.

I did, however, double most of the casserole recipes when I was cooking on Monday, so I only had to assemble, bake, etc.

But, boy, I'm tired.

7. You should always order the steak at Applebee's.
Their steak isn't especially good; I much prefer their onion soup. But if a tiger gets loose in Applebee's you can toss the steak at him. Since tigers aren't food snobs he'll eat the steak, giving you time to pay the bill and tip the waitress before you run away.

19. Obviously you're a baby boomer or you wouldn't ask that question
Because of your generation, we now have loose tigers eating people and wreaking havoc in zoos, as well as theft, political corruption and public breastfeeding. :spank:
