I'm transcribing something, and I can't quite make out what it says on my recorder.

It sounds like

Ay Payan Payella

It's supposed to be an Irish family creed meaning faithful to all and unto God.

anyone have any idea what that could be, or where I could find that?

The phrase as you've transliterated it doesn't ring a bell, but perhaps someone in either the Catholic, Irish, or genealogy groups here could find out...
