The first time I heard this I wondered why I'd never heard it before, so I checked into Renaissance--were they new.

1. I loved them.

Now they sound more pretentious than truly ethereal to me, and there is a stick that should be removed from someone's hind end. But boy-oh-boy did I dig "Running Hard" and "Black Flame." Had all their albums and everything.

Jon Camp was one reason I wanted a Rickenbacker bass. Chris Squire of Yes was the other.
