Now when I say white zin is not really wine, I just think it doesn't deserve to be called wine. But actually, technically, it is. White chocolate, however, actually, technically is not chocolate. White chocolate is a confection of sugar, cocoa butter, and milk solids. Unlike chocolate, white chocolate contains neither chocolate liquor nor cocoa solids. So there!
