I'm using anti-histamines sparingly, cough medicine when I need it, and vitamin C and zinc lozenges.

Lets hope all this knocks the crap out of this damn rhinovirus.

BTW, you know why they call them rhinovirii?

Because you feel like you've been run over by a rhino when you have them! :D

A generic Sudafed, and generic Robitussin for the cough.

Too many meth makers were buying up stocks of Sudafed, to use in making their dope, and one thing some kids (and a few adults) do, is "Robing."

Drinking a whole bottle of Robitussin (or generic,) to get a buzz.

As to the progress of my cold, here's the Saturday update:

My sniffles are nearly gone, but was coughing all day, and have lost my voice, mostly.

And I just ache all over, and have been sleeping most of the day.

Sudafed - I didn't know about the drug thing.

I'm a 1000 years old. I'll have to ask my 19yr old son about that.

I think the drug is like Purple hearts - some kinda meth.
