5. Thank Pat White, Noel Devine, Owen Schmitt, and the rest of the team. |
|
They went out and proved that "Twitch" Rodriguez wasn't the only reason our team is so good. I was proud as hell today when Bill Stewart officially accepted the head coaching job. Now it's time to get back down to business. :toast:

I figured anyone who was interested would all ready know the score/watched the game, I didn't figure in the folks who were taping it(a lesson learned). :hi:

10. Woo Hoo! It was actually a good game. |
|
And as a KU fan (born/mostly raised in Kansas) I could have picked no other team that I would have cheered beating them other than VT. It did not happen but it was a good tight game and fun to watch even when VT was steam rolling KU at the end of the first half.

11. I really don't have a favorite |
|
College Football team(well, anyone who beats OU is my favorite team), but KU is the closest I have, cause I went to college down the road from KU(at Haskell)....
The old Chicken Hawks did good tonight....:)

And after being the Big 8/12 patsy for 40 years this was a nice victory.

14. No doubt, I saw KU vs OSU |
|
in Nov of 2002, and KU had no kicking talent at all...their punter, literally had to underhand the football on punts(he underhand threw it)...
KU has been the the kicking dog of the Big 8/12 for some time, now...if only Baylor can rise from the ashes!! :D
