YAY! Friday Potato Thread!

I had a big baked potato with lunch today, leftover from a couple of nights ago.





I love potatoes! I want to apologize to them for all of the bad press they get these days. Ah potato. I do not believe it is possible to prepare you in a way that I would not love.

have you had the purple potatoes from Peru? Really good and looks cool. I think there is one from Eastern Europe too, but it may be related to the South American one.

On Edit...There may be a sinister side to that potato that I'm not seein'...wonder if it's climbin' out of that dish at night and skulkin' around the house, casting frightening shadows wherever it goes... :scared:
