1. I've only done one.
And I'm not ready to watch it again yet.

I shot it the day I put my kitty to sleep. So neither interesting nor funny.

Someday the geek in me will make a World of Warcraft video with my characters.

Off to check out yours.

5. I had a tarantula that big in my back yard this past October...
I had never seen one in Oct at 7k feet!

Also, I love the pacific coast of C.R. I spent some weeks in San Gerardo de Rivas with an estranged couple. The man hooked up with my girlfriend (my last heartbreak) and 1 year later I dated his 'wife'. Weird and stressful trip by bus from PHX AZ to Costa Rica

Oh, and we had their 3 kids; a 6 year old, 4 year old and 2 year old. Odd times nearly a decade down the memory hole. I am working on the book.

9. Nice..Have you considered using a photo editor to make progressive changes to your pix
I love tweaking the hue and saturation and I LOVE warping pictures. My videos' "animations" are just series of photoshops.

You just alter a picture, 'save as' and then name them numerically. I can't wait to do a Bush vid.

I saw NIN during the downward spiral tour. Marilyn Manson got banned from Jacksonville, FL at the show I attended because he came out in leather briefs with a large black dildo strapped on. The Jim Rose circus was there and I was T W I S T E D!

18. It's actually pretty simple.
Just variations on an E power chord. You would be able to see it in the video if I'd had a tripod or something. :) Instead I just had to prop the camera up on my desk, and that whirring noise you hear is because I accidentally put it right next to my external harddrive.

Now that I finally have a bass I wrote a simple bassline to go with it http://www.stickmanltd.com/practicesessions/aloneelectricandbass.mp3">here. Not the best quality recording, and I did the original guitar part in just one take so there's a little glitch here and there. And I had a syncing problem at one point too. :P I was still learning the software when I put that together.

I really need better lyrics though... I don't like whiny songs and this one just ended up a little too whiny for my taste.

20. YES! Death to all whiny songs!
My daughter is 6 and we discuss the whine index of certain songs. Good for you, man. William Burroughs says 'Writing is rewriting' which I agree with; of course Kerouac worshipped the 'first draft', so....

Anyhow, digital music and video recording and editing has changed my life. It is amazing what these machines are capable of producing these days. I have 3 CDs completed and 'released' via guerilla marketing and word of mouth (about 300 units around FLagstaff, AZ).

I would be stoked if you checked out my site...all my music is free as downloadable MP3s. www.SinningOfTheBeginning.com

29. Yeah, I'm getting a better feel for it as I do it more often.
I also write a lot of MIDI stuff that I turn into wavetable. Mostly as soundtracks for the video games I make. :P

Got a few http://www.stickmanltd.com/mymusic/">here.

Now I just gotta work on finding a way to combine the two... maybe get some nice ambiance from the electronic side and the music itself from the performance side.

49. I have to comment on each
the first is so great; not at all sad like I thought it would be. I had not heard Armstrong's version of that song.

The machine shop is my favorite. It helps liberate my ideas of what 'good footage' is. Excellent music mash.

This last one is close to me because my father, who lives in Flagstaff with my mom now, used to do these "cowboy theatre" shows when we lived in Mesa, AZ in 1981. g.

61. Act Deciderly
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xOGFyr8x6Mc

Song parody written by my partner, and he played guitar and sang. He worked real hard on George Harrison's guitar solo. I collected the funny pictures and got to say two lines as Dick Cheney's "hunting friend" Pam.

My two lines are, "It's not a precedent, it's a snatch" along with the picture of the Supreme Court. (Blazing Saddles reference #1 -- land grab, see snatch); and
"Geez, Dick, is there a limit on how many lawyers we can bag?".

Blazing Saddles ref. #2 is at the very end: "Aw hell, we're gonna have to go back to town and get a shitload of dimes", said by Slim Pickens, referring to the tollbooth in the desert.

Sure was a lot of fun helping on it!!! We had a link on Bartcop for a while.
