Pissed Pap Calls the Kettle Black

A photog camped outside of Britney Spears' house yesterday went ballistic on a TMZ crew when we dared live stream video at Britney's house.

The pap in question -- aka "the man who thinks he owns the street" -- swore and threatened up a blue streak.
