4. Awww! I LOOOOVE Holsteins!
They are such sweet, smart and awesome animals!



My dad tried to start an organic, eco-kosher farm once, but we ended up not able to sell or kill the cows we had for meat (Angus) so it kinda ended up not working... farmers don't make enough to bond with their beef cattle and still have a ranch!

We loved our chickens (but we ate them just fine), and the dairy cows were great... I miss cattle!
