What should I make for dinner? I'm thinking chicken with a white wine sauce |
|
And onions, garlic and mushrooms. I'm in a cooking rut and seem to make the same stuff all the time. Suggestions anyone? It should be relatively low fat since I'm trying to lose some weight.

remove the skin from the chicken, avoid heavy liquids with the sauce and add some rice or egg noodles.

I know, breasts are lower in fat so it's probably a wash. Dark meat has more flavor and doesn't dry out or get as tough.

5. Try a dry sherry instead of white - more robust - |
|
or a hint of rosemary with the white or roast the garlic first. A good low fat side dish, saute tomatoes, green pepper and onion with Italian herb mix in a couple of tablespoons of olive oil, top with feta cheese. This also is lovely in scrambled eggs or an omelet.
