Oh, Christ, now Apple is saying you should buy an iPhone just so you can
check "facebook" (or was it "myspace?") every two minutes, instead of having to wait until you're at your computer.

Utterly pathetic, that there are people who would spend $600 for an iPhone, just to be able to do THAT.

1. As a consumer with no Facebook nor MySpace page...
I find this funny.

2. Unless something massive happens, Apple will be out of the computer game in the next decade
Let them have their niche while they still can.

4. They're not $600 anymore.
Just sayin'. And if someone carries an mp3 player, phone, PDA and camera around most or all of the time, it might be worth $400 to have all of those things in one device. Again, just sayin'. I won't get one -- I only carry a phone, don't really need the other stuff, but I could see why someone would.

5. I got a 16GB iPod Touch for the holidays back in November
my 14 yr old son was berating me today that I should've "waited 3 mos" for the 32GB iPod Touch b/c of the increased storage.

yeah right, I haven't even used up all the space that I've already got. :eyes: I've got almost 5GB left.

I tell ya, it's always on to the next new thing. Why can't we just be satisfied with what we've already got???

The kids these days are so used to IMMEDIATE gratification and the constant need for more, more more.....
