Interesting observation from a tattoo artist

Today I got a tattoo. It's the reversed yin/yang symbol from the South Korean flag; above it is the name of the base I was on and below is the timeframe I was there.

As the artist was finishing up, he told me: "When I was nineteen years old, I got five years in prison for attempted murder. I would hurt people and take their money. Now, twenty years later...I still hurt people and take their money, but now they ask me to do it. And they come back for more!"
