Three lefts only make a right if those lefts average 90 degree turns each. Make 3 10 degree left turns and see which way you're going.

3. That's not true either: |
|
The sum (x) of the angles of the left turns must be 180 < x < 360. The 'average = 90' result is only one possible solution to the 'three lefts = a right' problem.
Further, it is possible to produce a right turn with any positive number (n) of left turns, provided n >= 2... :)

My intent was that 3 absolute left turns = a right turn was untrue. I shouldn't have spoken in absolutes such as an average being = to 90', hence my "make 3 10' left turns" statement.
What I should have said, if meant in absolution, is that 3 left turns do not always equal a right turn. If one were to make 3 turns of 11 degrees 10 minutes and 7 seconds to the left each time, one would not be in the same situation as one making a sole right turn. Therefore, this point is disproven.
But then, it's 2am.

5. Indeed - the OP's stated axiom of '3 lefts equalling a right' has been utterly shattered |
|
by the existence of so many exceptions. The fact that he made such an absolute statement and yet was so clearly wrong pretty much proves that he's a freeper troll... :)
