I hurt!
My rig side stomach area hurts. I am gassy and I keep throwing up black slug stuff. I am trying to work right now, but the pain is intense.

4. no, feels more like it is just under the diaphragm om the right side.

5. Hmm...I would definitely get it checked out.
I'm concerned by your description of the black stuff you've been throwing up. To me that sounds like possible blood which could indicate some sort of gastric bleed or an ulcer. If I had to guess I would say ulcer, but it definitely needs to be checked out.
