What's everyone having/had for dinner?

I'm going to write for an hour or so, then go home, cook some polenta and heat up some canned smoked oysters. (I'd prefer fresh, but that's expensive as all hell.)

1. I did pork chops in the grill pan rubbed with sage, tarragon, balsamic vinegar and lemon pepper

with saffron rice and sweet peas

it was darned tasty

2. "Meatless Riblets" by Garden burger and some asparagus and no i did not cast them, i broiled them.

3. Homemade pizza...

With sliced tomatoes, chopped garlic, and fresh basil. It was mucho tasty!

5. Hubby did burgers and fries and green peas - works for me!

I'm normally not a fan of burgers on the stove, but hey, it's Minnesota and not quite grill weather yet!

6. oh, I was so proud of my gigantic fatso-making dinner

I make falafel and salad with curry couscous and liberal amounts of hommous and tzatziki sauce. Granted, the falafel was from a mix as well as the sauces/dips, but I still chopped up the tomatoes onions and lettuce.... ok, I have nothing to be proud about apart from being smart enough to put it all on one plate and then into my belly.
