How does one go about acquiring their college transcripts?

I've been on my Alma Mater's website for about 30 minutes trying to find a department that I would most likely have to go through to get my transcript (the other college I attended is local and I can just swing by at some point). Any college admin types here, who can blurt out the department I most likely need to conctact?
