Rats are normally terrified of the smell of cats. I wonder how they convinced these two to get along. :shrug:

Friends of mine have three pet rats. They're wonderful, affectionate pets.

3. I used to have pet rats

that didn't mind my cat. She didn't bother them, they didn't bother her. They weren't good friends, but they certainly weren't afraid of her.

Their rats have all been wonderful pets. I would definitely consider having one or two.

5. I had a Pet Rat that would chase my 2 Rabbits around the house ...

...and then the Rabbits would return the favor (playing)

The Rat would Squeek when it was time to "switch"

People would come over to the house, see the "Chase" and say..
"That the Damnest thing I've ever seen" :)
