I don't really like her 'look' very much - pumped up boobs, really short skirts, harsh hair, but this is for British Vogue -- I realize it's not an everyday look, but I think she looks very pretty / beautiful, better than her in-your-face sexy look. It's much more versatile and interesting; how many times do we need to see two half-melons bolted to her chest w/o being bored?

13. She's doing really well. She has adapted to her two brothers,

and is very "cat-like" now. We know she has changed, because she will now play with cat toys and instigate the two boys!

She is very petite. Didn't realize that, but she gets quite a bit of exercise these days. The first six months we had her, she spent eating and under the bed, with little activity. She is sitting in the sun by the window now, enjoying the 70 degree weather today.

BTW, did Bertha Katzenangel (sp?) pm you about help getting cats into a shelter (if i recall correctly, it was a couple of weeks ago). I couldn't remember if you worked with your local shelter and if you might be able to give her some tips.

15. when I was first getting to know her, I didn't realize how skittish she was --

she'd RUN to me when I went out to feed her, and sit and purr and just hang out, but then again, she was on the back porch, able to take off if she felt wary. The fact that she'd already been spayed made me think she'd been adopted as a kitten and then just dumped, or someone adopted her from a shelter and decided not to keep her. She'd been 'living rough' for a while, poor girl, and was unused to regular human contact, the indoors, etc. I'm so glad she's happy now! You guys were/are wonderful with her.

Bertha didn't contact me, but I posted in her thread. I just do catch-as-catch-can spay/neuter/release of strays around here, and haven't even done that in a while. She's as experienced, if not more, than I am!
