So who likes ice cream?

I don't crave the stuff, but I do enjoy it. My husband bought us a small carton of Haagen-Dazs Mayan Chocolate. Oh My F-ing God! This stuff makes life worth living. And I'm not a chocaholic like my mom. But wow, just wow!

Until one day, I was enjoying some Pecan Pralines & Cream out of the container (what - don't judge me), and I happened to read the ingredient list. I was NOT pleased. I ALMOST stopped eating. Almost.

11. No, not really. It's got the cinnamon taste like a mole sauce, but...

I wouldn't call it spicy. Hubby has a Sweet & Spicy cookbook with tons of Central and South American chocolate/heat recipes and I wouldn't equate them. No sting whatsoever. Just cinnamon with the chocolate.
