My parents got a free sirius account a year ago when they bought their new car. Over christmas I bought a $50 gift card to extend their account further. I added it to the website under redeem gift card. However the account still shows that it is due to expire this month. Their website shows a last payment of $50 but it does not say anywhere that it extended the account and when I go to renew the account for a year it does not show that the $50 is reflected in that either.
Has anyone used a gift card to extend or renew Sirius? What am I missing here?

1. When I renewed my account in November, it didn't give me an option |

for entering a gift card or a different amount than the amount to extend it for another year. You may have to call them and see what's up.
Nice gift, though. Siriusly.

2. Next time make a pledge on their behalf to public radio |
|
Even when the pledge expires, they can still get the station.
The fact that I work in public radio and am suggesting this is just a coincidence....
