On a holiday?

When no lights are on in the house?

What the fuck is wrong with people?

No, you can't have five dollars. Even if I felt like searching for my wallet I'm refusing out of spite.

1. A 7:00 a.m. door-banger and all he wanted was a fin? Hell, I'm asking for $20
at least if I'm pulling that stunt.

2. Do we live near each other?
I had the same thing happen to me a year or so ago, but it was 6 in the morning and it was the woman who lived next door. I did not know her, had never seen her...she had MS and so her speech was slurred. Scared the crap out of me....and no, I did not give her the $5.

Not until at least 9:00. Neither is a phone call.

9. Ever try to say no to a family that moved up from N.O. after Katrina?
We've given them some money and food but now the teenage kids just try to take advantage of us.

18. no it isn't OK
why did you even open the door? i no longer open the door if i'm not expecting anyone! if it's an emergency they can call me on the cell and say, "hey i'm at your front door" -- sadly this too happens more often than i would prefer
