Anyone here ever have plastic surgery?
I had to, after my face was crushed in a 1980 head-on car crash.

13. Well I STILL can't watch it done to someone
but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I looked like someone had beaten me with a bat. I was purple from the top of my ribs to the top of my knees but it looked a lot more painful than it was. I wasn't actual pain that often mostly just really really sore. I guess like someone HAD beaten me with a bat but didn't break anything.

I have a friend that had a tummy tuck and that is worse because they have to cut through the skin and muscle. I just had holes and one incision under my chin.

9. I had a birth defect corrected.
It was definitely a quality of life issue and not an aesthetic one, but apparently the surgeon did pretty well- you can't tell by looking (and it'd be a really odd place to be looking, anyhow.)

10. When I was five
I stopped the paperboy on his bike (my fault via dumb little kid logic of the time). My upper lip was ripped right up to my nose. So all the king's horses and all the king's men put my lip back together again. My collar bone was also broken, but they didn't know until it was nearly mended.

Nose job to improve my breathing back in 76. The doctor shaped up the outside as well. Got rid of the hump in my nose and widened my nostrils. Unfortunately, when he removed the hump, then my glasses slid down my nose in the grease!

I had a tummy tuck 14 years ago. They take the roll out, cut some skin off, pull your tummy skin down and sew it to the skin they bring up from your pubes. They also take out your navel and in the process of urban renewal, relocate it in the middle of the skin they pulled down.

My surgeon called it a "pussy lift"

Since I had the roll below the waist removed, I have gained the weight back. Now it's distributed all around my waist and ribs.

If I was going to get surgery now I would have lipo to get rid of the tummy fat.

"If I am not a natural beauty after braces on my teeth, a nose job, and a tummy tuck, I don't know what else I can do!!".
