Why are my group study sessions always such a source of hilarity?

Ok, we're in the middle of takehome midterm hell for Econometrics, and today we had a group of about 8 working together on it. While we made some progress, for the most part it involved continuous running of dialogue from Office Space, impressions of our Profs, and my friend and I imitating Tim Gunn. "Andre...Everytime I take you to the Red Lobster we end up fighting and you run to the bathroom crying...We have to make this work."

And some people say Econ majors have no sense of humor...
