Poll question: Which should I put on my vanilla ice cream? |
|
Sorry there's no "other"...I'm not running to the store to get something I don't have.

18. Really. Eating vanilla ice cream--like an animal. |
|
You need the chocolate syrup to cover up the taste of the vanilla in your ice cream.

|
Before they decided they needed to be more like Edy's, I wouldn't have dreamed of covering up the wonderful flavor and that interesting texture. Alas, they succumbed to corporate BS. :(

12. The real question is - what should you put your ice cream ON? |
|
And the answer, of course, is a fresh-baked brownie...

Make your own caramel sauce.
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 1/2 cups sugar * 1/2 cup boiling water
PREPARATION: In a small heavy skillet, melt sugar, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. When sugar is golden brown, very slowly and carefully stir in the boiling water. Cook for about 3 minutes to soft ball stage*, to about 238° on a candy thermometer. Serve warm with yummy vanilla ice cream.
