The Story of Radio Lady's Very Crappy Wednesday...
I got up early, put on my bathing suit with my running suit over it.

Planned to go to the gym to work out and swim!!! Yaaaaaaaaaaaa.

Cleaned up the kitchen, got in the car.

My trusty Mercury Sable wouldn't start.

Nothing.

Called Triple-A. Waited 30 minutes.

Guy from Macedonia (you know where that is?) said the battery wasn't working. Gave me a jumpstart.

Called Sears. Warranty still good.

Drove to Sears. Waited 40 minutes for them to diagnose the battery.

Printout said the battery was fine.

Drove to Premier Auto Group (Mercury dealer)

They need a few hours to check it out.

Two guys drive me home.

Nasty woman at the radio station says, No, they won't forward my books and mail to me. That belongs to the station.

I protest that I ordered the material and won't be able to do any volunteering with other station without them.

Left VM message for the nasty women who oversees the first nasty woman.

No energy for watching TV. Sorted my earrings.

Hubby was still pressure washing the driveway.

Called the dealership. Car has no diagnosis as of 5 PM. They want to keep it overnight.

Cancel appointment with another film reviewer to meet for a screening of "88 Minutes" thriller with Al Pacino.

Dinner with husband.

Husband leaves at 7:40 PM for his teaching assignment (Literacy class for foreign born folks.)

No movie. The debate is ridiculous.

I'm going to take a bath.

What a crappy day.

Maybe I'll be back later.

Good night and I hope Thursday is better than today.

3. You can pay for your car with my debit card...
Oh, wait. You can't. Good old Citizens Bank deactivated my card this afternoon. There was a security breach at Hannaford Supermarkets and they said my info was compromised.

The Hannaford thing occured a month ago. I called the guy on the 800 number, and he said they sent a card back in March. Never got it. Guy fiddles with his computer. Card was returned. Sent to address I haven't lived at in a year and a half.

Grrrrrr......

5. I am sure that you that your day was crap ...
because it was your day. But at least you have money to pay for your car. If my car craps out on me I am done. Your day was light. Trust me.

6. I can relate to the problem with your Sears warranty.
I wonder if they ever honor their warranties? They're the most frustrating people on the planet.

8. I hate having to take my car to the mechanic
One of the few things I miss about Utah was that I had found a very honest garage. Some places really take advantage of you, especially if you're a woman.
