Please, NO MORE HOUSE DAMAGE! |
|
Rain, hail and strong winds AGAIN - we still don't have our roof and fence repaired from last week!

we just spent several thousand dollars for the landscapers to come and put in some new trees, bushes, flowers, and stone all over our property that was damaged in the last storm. Maybe we should just wait till the summer?
Good vibes all around tonight :)

2. I wondered how many people already paid for repairs |
|
Hope the storm passes you by without damage, too. We're in the clear... I think. The stupid sirens went off 6 different times. They scare me more than the actual storms!!

5. Ours probably won't be done until Monday |
|
Because we didn't hear from the stupid HOA until Tuesday, and our contractors are booked up. Bullwinkle and I are planning to drive to Wichita for the weekend tomorrow, so I hope they don't want to come tomorrow because I won't be here to pay them!

3. Boy, you were really hit hard |
|
We lost some shingles (not down to the wood, thank goodness) and sustained some wood fence damage. We didn't hear back from the HOA until Tuesday, so it won't be repaired until at least tomorrow, but probably Monday. Sigh.
Good vibes to you!

7. Luckily, our house damage was minor compared to the yard... |

trees were split in half, bushes blown into my then-freshly cleaned pool, stone bricks came loose etc. And when the landscaper came with the replacement quote, I was just :wow:
We're hoping this just comes and goes quickly :)
