ugh... so, I'm looking for apartments to move to when my lease runs out in July. I just saw an ad for a place today that looked perfect. It said it's available, and then I go to the agency's website, and it says that it's already rented. I just saw the ad today! So LAME.
Now, I understand that there are other apartments, but this place was on the top floor with a partly slanty ceiling (a real architectural term) and exposed wooden beams. What more could I want? Oh, yeah, it's also next to the biggest park in the city.
God damn it.

1. I assume you've tried Craigslist as one search avenue... |

and know where else to look. Sorry to hear about just missing that one, but often if you stay positive (try some "manifesting" thoughts) that something actually better will come along quickly :)

2. You might want to contact the management companies |
|
to see if you can get notice of stuff before they hit the paper. Sometimes, if someone likes you, they'll give you a heads up.
