I've often said that all those green and yellow paper recycling dumpster owners could make a mint if they would just plop down a few at every engineering firm out there. I've never seen any type of business go through as much paper in a single day as any engineering company!

Apparently we've only had paper-recycling for about 5 years.

If there were policies which required real change on their part, I'm sure that they would - but most of the folk I work with are at least somewhat green minded.
