probably they put some lidocaine in with it?
So it wore off and maybe it hit a nerve or the cortisone is just making it hurt.
Never had it in my knees
have had cortisone shots in the bottom of my feet :grr: ouch
in the epidural spaces of 3 joints in my cerebral spine... that felt strange going in, it burned, made me a little woozy, then it just kind of ached there for a few days off and on.
etc.
my experience is that the pain of the shot was short lived for me where I got mine, but the pain was relieved by: tylenol, and ibuprofen

3. I had one in my left knee only - six months ago - and had what my doc |
|
called a cortisone flare. It was horrible.
I hope both do not flare tonight. I'm sitting with ice on both and took my ibuprofen. Doc did give me Hydrocodone if it gets to be unbearable.
Ouch for your experience in your back! I had a lumbar puncture a couple of years ago and that was absolutely the worst pain ever!

2. Let's hope it helps more than it hurts. |
